Yihao Zhang focuses his estate planning practice on helping individuals, parents, and families, and especially those in the Chinese American community, create estate plans to ensure their family legacy is passed down to their future generations.
Yihao received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Iowa College of Law. While attending law school, Yihao worked closely with immigrant communities through internships with the law school’s legal clinics and non-profit organizations.
Prior to joining the Law Offices of Jenny Ling, PLLC, Yihao worked as an attorney in family law and immigration law in Illinois and Iowa, before relocating to Seattle, Washington.
As an immigrant himself, Yihao understands the struggle people face when moving to a new country. Yihao’s life experience has given him a unique perspective on the importance of ensuring family’s legacies, especially for the ones who have relocated to the United States. As a native speaker of Mandarin Chinese, Yihao aims to better serve the Chinese American community in Washington for their estate planning needs.
Outside of the office, Yihao likes to spend time with his family, road tripping, and he is a Chicago Cubs fan.
