We are looking for someone who is energetic, friendly, and professional to become an important part of our fun and award winning team. The Administrative and Marketing Assistant will report to the
managing attorney and be responsible for office administrative tasks and assisting with firm marketing efforts. If so, you might be THE ONE we are looking for.

Our office won the Seattle Times Best in the PNW for Law Firm, Estate Planning, and Business Law. You WILL learn an incredible amount if you are interested. If this sounds exciting to you, you
might be THE ONE. This is an entry level position with room for growth.
Responsibilities:
- Incoming and Outgoing Mail
- Answering phones and intake
- Calendaring and scheduling appointments for attorneys
- Invoicing and accounts receivable
- Organizing, printing, scanning documents
- Ordering Office Supplies
- Willingness to troubleshoot technology related issues
- Communications with clients and vendors
- Marketing, including social media, event planning, newsletter, and designing or updating signs, postcards, social graphics and other marketing needs for office events and promotions
- Monitor social media platforms for comments, messages, and mentions; engage with followers in a timely and professional manner
- Contribute to growing brand awareness locally to generate new leads
- Administrative and Marketing support as needed
Qualifications:
- At least one year of office experience
- Unquestionably professional ethics and personal integrity
- Highly motivated fast learner who is able to work without constant supervision
- Experienced with maintaining multiple calendars
- Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines
- Excellent writing and proofreading skills, with superb attention to detail required
- Passionate about delivering excellent customer service
- Experience with managing social media preferred
- Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point required
- Experience with CLIO, Canva, Mailchimp, and Adobe preferred but not required
