Either the court decides, or you can take matters into your own hands. During this virtual workshop, attorney Jenny Ling will help you understand why you need to name guardians for your children, and then guide you through the process of naming those guardians.

Parents will complete documentation to nominate guardians for your children, thus it is essential that both parents make the time to attend.

Please note that to complete the form, an in-person notary session will be required to finalize the document. This is a short session that will take less than 5 minutes and will be scheduled at the end of your workshop session. 

This virtual workshop takes 1 hour and 15 minutes.
